Pancard acknowledgement no 073220100301902 not matching with name asim adhikary

I complaint on behalf Asim Adhikary. Because he is not net savy. Asim Adhikary. Father name nemai Adhikary. Date of birth 12/05/1993 his acknowledgement no 073220100301902.But name Asim adhikary was not appeared. Bhati bharat thakkar is shown instead asim adhikary. He applied pan card on kolata NSDL office on 15th july. Please step as early as possible
