Non receipt of pan card

It is not a complaint. my daughter-in-law applied for pan card. she got an acknowledgement no.

073660100058145 and pan no. DMHPS2231B. the card is despatched, but returned undelivered.

she is a NRI and her address is Mrs.veena singamshetty, 12715 silver rod lane, houston, texas-77041.

please help me reach NSDL or see that it is again posted to the above address.
