PAN CARD NOT RECEIVED

Dear Sir / Madam,

Here I have complaint regarding, I have not received my PAN CARD No. DFCPS9517E physically, which I had applied on 27th Jan. As it was said there was no one at home at the time of delivery. I agreed and I had given them again request to take action and do the needful before a month back. I had given written application at the CBD Belapur office. They assured that it will taken care at the earliest and delivered at the Door as per policy. Now Its been about a month given complaint, no action has been taken against it.

Kindly help me to get my Physical PAN CARD at the address mentioned in the form or the same.
