Complaint against Officer of Office of Insurance Ombudsman

Dear Sir,

I have taken oriental insurance co. Ltd., Mediclaim Policy no. 215400/48/1439 dated 09/06 at 1/28, Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi-110002.

On 09-02 I done my right eye cataract surgery from Narang Eye Institute, Model Town, Delhi.

Now I am requesting Oriental insurance co. Ltd., Grievance cell, customer service dept., oriental insurance co., Office of Insurance Ombudsman, IRDA but they cannot settle my claim of Rs. 30, 000/- regarding right eye cataract surgery and compensation of Rs. 6Lacs regarding mental tension.

Misbehavior & shouting on Phone :- 01123230457 at dated 30-04 time 11.25 A.M.by officer of Insurance Ombudsman. He said why you are writting letters regarding claim & compensation.

Now again Misbehavior on Phone :- 01123230457 at 03-05 time 04.48 P.M.by officer of Insurance Ombudsman, he says why you are sending e-mail letters regarding claim & compensation of my complaint registered in his office ref. No. :- G1/538/OIC/11.

Now he is threatening me if you written more letters than i will return your complaint / cancel.

This clearly shows he is protect Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd..

Please kindly take action against officer of Office of Insurance Ombudsman.
