1. Lost my PAN CARD PAN NO.ABHPS6528B & Applied for New PAN CARD vide ack no. 021840100125513 for PAN ABHPS6528B on 3rd February.
2.Aaykar Sampark Kendra on March 8, intimated to me that PAN NO ABHPS6528B IS deactive PAN AND AASPM3164B is active PAN in the list avbailable with NSDL.
3. It is submitted that my PAN NO. ABHPS6528B was active till 2nd February. When I applied for PAN CARD DIT (S) intimated in the RTI inquirry that PAN CARD was deactivated during the deduplication drive undertaken by the income tax department in the year 2007. Which is not satisfying me because I got refund in liue excess of Income Tax deducted by my employer for the year 08-09 & 09.
4.As per the instruction of the Aaykar Sampark Kendra to contact Assessing Officer, When I contacted in writing she has deactivated my PAN CARD. I have requested to keep my PAN No out of de-duplication list in writting So that Website of the ITD don't show two PAN NOs against my PAN and M/s NSDL can issue me PAN CARD for PAN No. ABHPS6528B.
5. It is also intimated that PAN No. AASPM3164B belong to MANMOHAN SINGH MASUTA OF PUNJAB WITH SAME FATHER"S NAME BUT DIFFERENT DATE OF BIRTH.
6. The website of the ITD shows two PAN No. against my name and hence M/s NSDL denied PAN CARD to me.
Please help me or show me the solution. It is also submitted that I am a heart patient and can't run betwenn DIT (S), RCC, Assessing Officer at Mayur Bhavwan.
