Internet not access

Sir, our phone No 245351 is connect with broadband internet connection, few day i have facing the problem regarding the internet connection, DSL is regularly stay but when we want to connect the internet connection my pc show message 'INTERNET NOT ACCESS' . I am regularly note the complaint to Damtal exchange, they are not repair the connection. Please solve this problem at the earliest. Thanking u
