Sir,

I booked one medical lap trainer equipment from OM SAI SURGICALS shop No 15, Crystal Plaza, 1 floor, Hiranandani Complex, Sector 7, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai -410210.They had sent it on 10th Feb by DTDC courier shipment no. M50613825 but i had not recieved the item.
