Have Purchased APC invertor in the month of Nov from bangaore, the invertor given to me was of April i have been having problems from the time of installation, inspite of several complaints to APC they have failed to identify the problem.
As my warranty period was coming to an end the staunch follow up by them to purchase the Extended warranty, there agent who had visited my place had agreed to cover the battery also had paid them money in the month of Dec but did not receive any policy after several follow up by exchange of mails they issued a policy validating from April.
Recently the distlled water was getting dry up had informed there service to attend to it they are not in a postion to find out why there is no cut off of power after the battery getting charged instead they have got a factory repaired invertor to prove that the battery is at fault, have hired a outside agency to check the battery who has confirmed the battery is functioning & still now my old invertor is functioning with out power getting cut off after the battery is charged, but the new invertor they have given after 2 to 3 hrs the buzzer sound & all the lights gets elimented, My question to APC have they used a substandard battery or the invertor which can last only the warranty period & flees money from the customer giving false promise to the customer.
Recently the service engineer exchanged the SMS informing that they would buy back the old battery for the new one.
Unit is under my possesion untouched since they are not able to get my concern addressed this is prolonging from April
have also pasted the mail exchanges with APC service provider
They service engineer has exchanged mails with me confirming that the invertor used was the factory tested unit
i want a resolution from APC since understand that none of the higher up in bangalore are interested to get this resolved.

without any coverage for Battery. Hence, we request you to please arrange
an engineer to get the inverter rectified as they are facing a lot of

Have done what ideally you should have done, hired a outside agency for checking the battery, the result is the battery is excellent & has no
issues, the invertor autocut is not functioning after the charge is over hence the battery is continously charged resulting in dryness, you can
imagine what your service guys reported & if you were me would you not be fuming?
Can you have some one sent across & get it rectified please.

Before we embark on this, let me conclude that you have cheated & now want to cover up by offering the refund, which is not accepted, the promise
given by your person that battery is also covered in EWR What happens to that? how it will be honoured would like to know, the compensation for the
damages should be spelt very clearly before we close this.

It's confirmed that a Schneider are big hoogwash & Cheater in EWR than what they claim? last time around the person who visited my residence
advised us that there is no problem with the battery, inverter will be changed next time, Person who had come yesterday tells battery is gone that
needs replacement. Why should i pay for it when i was told that battery is also covered in EWR by your executive Mr kumar at the time of taking
booking for EWR & paid for EWR
What i want to know is what is the Schneider or APC were during last two years? never send the person on time for installation we need to keep
begging and get it done at the your whims & fancy.
Follow up for the complaint to be attended & when informed to send at one particular time you will send them at your convenience.
I need a immediate resolution 'ie' either refund my EWR or repalce the battery.
