I AM MOHAMMED FAROOQUE from THANE. I have applied for IRCTC Rail ticket booking Agent through One Stop Shop as on 03 April. According to this company I will get IRCTC CERTIFICATE with in 60 days but now it is about 10 month and yet I have not get my IRCTC CERTIFICATE.
