Before three months or so I took two policies 1.One time investment for Rs.1.50 lacs and another policy for
Rs.00.50 Lacs as Money Back policy. When I received the policies, to my astonishment I saw 1 policy for Rs. 1.50 lacs as Money Back and Rs. 00.50 lacs against One time investment. I immediately contacted your Branch Office Ludhiana for the refund of the money as I got disturbed by their wrong service. They asked me to send the policies for cancellation. Then I had to go abroad and I came back after two months. I again was shocked to see 2 policies with ratification. I again contacted your Branch Office for inquiry of the wrong doing at their end. They again they asked me to send the policies back. I handed over these policies to the Branch Manager through their Srinagar unit. Again I got confused when I saw that the policies have been sent to the residence of manager and not to the office. Since then I am waiting for the refund. I gave certain phone calls to them but they did not entertain my calls. My only request is that my money may be refunded to me as I am not interested in taking the policy as I have seen the service of Kotak Insurance Co.
