Non- receipts of Principal and Interest against NCDs

Dear Sir/Madam,

we have a two Foilo in name of Rajesh Mohta (Folio No.: NCD-01139) and Shiv Shankar Mohta (Folio No.: NCD-01139) of 5 Debenture of Rs. 740/- each and redeem value of Rs. 1000/- each.

we alraedy have surrender a "Letter of Allotment" of Series B - {Private Placement of Secured, Redeemable, non-convertible debenture (NCDs) of Rs. 1000/- each fully paid up for cash}.

But, till date now we don't have any principal amount or nor any reply from their end, while we have requesting a lot of time,

you are requesting to please look into the matter and advice for further communication.
