Continous abusement on phone

Respected Sir,

I kushal Sakunia from CSA, Marwari Para, Jharsuguda, Orissa had to complain about two person of ICICI bank Mumbai branch for continously abusing my dad on phone. The two person names are MR AKAASH PAWAR and MR VIVEK SHARMA.These two of them are continously abusing my dad on phone from two weeks and threatening us for something.

Actually a year before a person from ICICI Bank sambalpur branch came to my dad and requested him to open an account in his bank, as at that time no icici bank was situated at my place so my dad open a current account but recently a icici bank started at my place and therefore my dad call the same person who opened my dad's account to close it, as he wants to open a new current account at Jharsuguda Branch. But that person takes no action, after that my dad sent a written letter to the bank to close the account but they neither did that, so now these two person (MR AKAASH PAWAR and MR VIVEK SHARMA) are abusing and threatening my dad to pay the charges. My dad had explain them everything that its not are faults, but they keep on using abusive language.

please help me... please tell me what should i do now.
