Quality of Cargo quality and FFMP is not as per our specfiictaion

I have written this mail to you get a consultation from you :

The case is like:

We had bought Fat Filled milk powder from attached USA company. This milk powder shipped to Dubai, and africa. The quality of FFMP is not as per our specfiictaions. Also the some bags shipped for cargos do not have plastic linear and not properly stitched. In Africa one buyer has problem with cargo quality and it want we can help him to get rid of this problem
