There is a company named ON LINE CARGO/ JOUHAR CARGO ENTERPRISES based in Mahipalpur. I got the number from Just Dial Services. Just dial services is a local search engine which is very commonly used by people. i have had a loss of Rs. 60, 000/- because of this unprofessional and cheat company. I booked a cargo for an abroad destination through them and told them to keep it with them till i inform when to dispatch it from INDIA, as i was to first take a house there for their records and then tell them to send it to me. Because of their unprofessional attitude, ridiculous customer service, uncooperative and unobliging owner (Ms Bharti Chawla), taking customer requests as insignificant, i had to bear a loss of Rs. 60, 000/-. Bharti Chawla who is the owner of OnLine Cargo Company sent my cargo carrying stuff worth 3-5 lakhs to that foreign country without informing me either on phone on in mail and even before i reached there and in spite of me telling her to hold it. It was lying at the airport there in customs section for several days... half of my stuff was spoilt or broken due to water/ breakage/ mishandling/ lying for several days... Even then i neither got the invoice/ airline bill or any written communication or not even a telephonic call from them informing that they have sent it and it is lying at the airport... such companies should be blacklisted and made to return the valuable money of their customers which they take for such mistakes they commit... After a few days when i called them sitting relaxed and thinking that the cargo is safely with this so called cargo company to inform that due to some emergency i would like to cancel my cargo and i am ready to pay any cancellation charges, i was hen told by this cargo company that my cargo has been sent long time back and is lying in the airport of that foreign country... i had nobody there and had all my stuff which i had bought with my hard earned money lying in some part of the world absolutely unattended and with no idea about its condition... i had no idea what to do.. i had already paid them the freight charges when i booked it with them of Rs. 24, 000/- for sending it there... i thought it is very imp for me to get the stuff back asap as there were charges being levied for my cargo lying at the airport also on per day basis... i argued with them day and night on why they sent it to this foreign country without me telling them to and without even informing me or sending me the airport invoice or something without which one cant even collect it from the airport... The so called OWNER who doesn’t even know how to talk... had just to say u gave it to us and we sent it... i dont care about your stuff anymore... because she had got her money and didn’t care bout her customers difficulty and concern... i finally asked her to re-book it from this foreign country to India and she didn’t handover my stuff to me till i paid her 34000 more for airport charges and cargo charges for getting it back...
We as citizens of India should show these fake, fraud and cheat companies that pay loads of money to authorities and get a license to fool and cheat simple citizens of India like me... I m still in debt to people for a huge amount of payment and loss i had to bear because of this fraud cargo company named ON LINE CARGO/ JOUHAR ENTERPRISES BASED AT MAHIPALPUR DELHI...
