Overnight express
Pan card still not received

Dear Sir,

I was suppose to received my pan card 2months before. But still not received, I spoke to Overnight Express courier and came to understand that the same was delivered by Sanjay (Staff). Now the question is where it has gone? Firstly, no one came to me from Overnight express and secondly, how one can deliver the pancard to some other person without verification...

Please help me with this as I am having doubts of some mischeif being played...
