Not recieved any allotment

Sir/Madam,

I had applied in the IPO of Coal India. I have not recieved any allotment, where as my Account has been Debted for an amount of Rs.98, 000/-. Please check and send my shares in my DP.

I have attached my client master with this mail. According to your site i recieved refund order no.-1322322 but last 1 month i cann't recieved any check.
