Non reciept PAN card

Dear & Respected Sir/madem

I m Ramesh Kumar from Baraut (Baghpat) UP. Sir I have applied for pan card since 2006. Pann department provide me PAN No. asjpk8061A. But don't received my Pan card after that I m again request for change and correction in pan card provided all documents and payment through DD DD. no. 026772 dt 24/11/10 name NSDL pune. Forwarded OBC PUNOPE CBS. dispatch dt 27/11/10 through registered post no4224. Sir Please do something I have faced problem at this time.
