Pan card
Full name must needed?

Hello sir,

my full name is Yelamanchili Sri Sesha Sowri Mihir, but in all my certificates including 10th marks memo my name registered as Yelamanchili S.S.S.Mihir. while i am applying for the Pan card no initials allowed. but there is no proof for my full name. how to over come this problem.. please give me the necessary solution please..
