Not recieved pan card

Sir,

Myself Mrs Manjubala Mishra, submited the whole documents and gone through the entire required process sucssefully for issue of a new pan card through pan card service center code:20RB240 on date : 31/01, but yet i did not recieve my card.

so its a request please convey my matter asap, by that i will be thankful.
