Pan card not yet received

Hi,

I m anupam shukla. i have applied for PAN card in august and got my pan number after a month but not received the pan card.

then few months before again i applied for pan card alone, but again i have not received the pan card yet.

my pan number: bzvps9522e

Could u plz track status and let me know on this..
