Pan card
Pan dispatched on 18th feb but yet not received

Dear Sir (To whom ever it may concern),

I had applyed for my Pan Card on 7th of feb, i received my acknowledgement no on14th or 15th of February and received my Pan Card No. on 18th of February, the numbers are as follows.

Acknowledgement No:023460202348811

Pan Card No: AJYPNO692E

Sir but i m really sad to tell u that, it has been more then a month that i haven't received my Pan Card yet. This Pan Card is not only important for my tax but even for my salary, i haven't got my 2 months of salary because of Pan Card delay.

So i herbally do request you to take some action on this seriously and try to send my Pan Card at the provided address.
