Pan card
Name Wrongly mentioned

I received my PAN card (PAN NO: BFFPP4828G) 2 months ago. In front side of the card my full name was wrongly printed as "Venkata Surya Kamaraju Bhavaraju" My actual name and should be come as "Venkata Surya Prasada Rao Bhavaraju" Is there any charges to be paid for getting the duplicate pan card with new name? if yes kindly tell the proceedure to be done by me
