Debit of amount without receiving through ATM

Dear sir,

On 11 Jan I made transaction for Rs.15000/- through PNB ATM and unfortunately the ATM machine didnot supplied the amount but the same amount was deducted from my accont. I registered a complaint on toll free no and they give me a complaint no 24078644.

Now they are not clearing the amount and giving assurance for early clearance.
