Dear Sir
I was working in a co Panlloyd Logistics Pvt. Ltd. & from very 1 month the comapny deducted PF from my salary, Then I left the firm after 10 months in the year 2009 & now it is almost 1& half year passed still they have not created my account & informed me that the same is not received from PF office.
one of my coleague PF no is MH/117567/14 & he is also fighting for the same bit still the co. has not submitted the PF Form.
pls advice what action we can take so that I can get my PF no. Have all salary slips in which the PF is deducted.
