No proper receipt and quality BIS stones

Dear sir,

myself Neelkanth stays in Fursungi, Pune, and have complaint against Parshwanath Abhushan-Add-Alandi Road, near Kedarnath Hospital, Near Vishrantwadi police chowki, Vishrantwadi, Pune-15. mob-9423017499, 7709015920

case is:

for astrological purpose i met famous astrologer n pandit Mr. Vinod Sharma, Pimpri (ph no 27410366), for BIS rashi stones he refered me to Parshwanath Abhushan. Parshwanth charged 18, 000 for 4 BIS m quality stones, i was not having cash thus i offered my gold ring costing 7000k as per his calculation, he written all these things on small paper, i asked written proper receipt he said no needed, this small written papar is sufficient, thus i trusted him. I went after 1 month for stones collection and found there is defect in stones, i said i don't want this, plz return my cash or ring back, here he said i'll not give w/o money, i said correct it, but again same thing some defect found (previous big stone now small stone), thus he cheated me, I asked Pt. Sharma to help, he said I m helpless, Now i don't trust pandit and jewellers both thus I want my ring back, plz advice what to do???
