Online recharge of mobile phone

Dear sir, i had applied to recharge our mobile no. 9125816950 (uninor) with rs.100- (one hundred only) on dated 25.07.2011 through on-line net banking services provided by paytm.com my bank account has been debited with the same amount shown as Trsf. INB Times of Money Limited Ref. No. 1001107000778129IG59773503 trsf. to 30994075970 SB WO

but neighter our mobile has been recharged with any amount nor money has been refunded in my bank account so far.

i have also complaint at [email protected] which is provide by paytm services but no response received from their end.

kindly do take needful step in favour of me.
