Dear Sir,
This is with reference to a letter from Mrs D Stephen dated 6.3.10 addressed to the AGM SBI Keshwapur Branch, HUBLI in which she has written that she had received less amount of pension from June onwards to her SB a/c 10467069478.
Earlier from 1.4.09 to 2.5.09 she received an amount of Rs. 6264/- but this pension was reduced to Rs. 4370/- to 4545/- from June onwards.
From 29.4.2010 she received a pension of Rs. 5710/- and she thanks you for rectifying the pension amount which is due to her. However she wishes to know if the amount paid earlier was right and if not will she receive the arrears that is the difference amount which was due for the period from June to March.
Please look into the matter at your earliest Sir, as she is a widow and her only means of income is the pension amount she receives. Any correspondence in this regard can be sent to [email protected]
