Dear Sir,
I opened an current account with Axis Bank, hisar branch on 10-2, The person named satbir singh came to me and take my signature and all connected documents like partnership deed, partners id proof, rent aggrement copy of office and pan card acknowledgment copy from me and 15000 rupees for account opening. I asked him when my account is opened and i got my cheque book then he replied that within 10 days you got your cheque book by courier at your office and i asked him when you give me the account details. Then he replied me that on 15-02 i gave you your account details. Sir, i call him on monday but he say that i m nt in the branch ryt nw and i gave you, your account detail by reaching branch and he ensures that your account is opened after this i wait for his call but he doesn't call me at last when i call him in the evening than he say that sir i have to came to hansi side for some work and i am not able to gave you the account no. he said tommorow morning 16-2 i gave you the account no. Sir, he dont reply me anyting when i call him that where is my account no then he say that your application is refused and pan card is required i asked him that when you are filling the application i ask you many times that anything required or not than why you said that all papers are complete sir, and pan card acknowledgment is the proof for pan card applied. Sir, i need the account no. because I have applied for registration in military for suppyling hearing aids on 16-2 and i fill nothing in account no. details and when the board of members sit for the registration of vedors they can point an observation .. sir, i want to say that your bank services are very poor and why you keep such type of employees those who are frauds and telling lie always for earing some incentives, i also register a complaint in consumer forum, i have deposit slip of money in my firm name with me M/S Perfect Hearing Solutions, Hisar, please do the needful at the earliest
