Respected sir, this is V.VIJAYALAKSHMI .Today (15-10) at 6: 25 pm {approx} i with my son went to sbi atm to withdraw amount after entering all the details there was a display "please collect cash" but suddenly the server was putdown and atm was hung. it did not work for longtime. After half an hr i went to see my a/c bal but it was displaying that amount has been with drawn (remaining balance has displayed).i did not recieve money. please do something and return the money back to my a/c sir .it was happened in sbi atm at 14th cross street brodipet guntur.
