One HOME LOAN for a GOLF-GREEN FLAT, was availed by me from S B I, GARIAHAT CIVIC CENTRE BRANCH in 2004.
Instalment Rapayments are extremely REGULAR and the present outstanding
being Rs. 2.15 lacs.
My flat-value is much above the present outstanding and is considered adequate to cover my present liabilities.
As such, the pledged S T D R for Rs. 1.00 Lacs, deposited as the additional collateral security, was asked to be returned for my urgent personal purpose.
My original prayer (Receipted) is reported lost from the Bank. A DUPLICATE
was submitted after a month, and the BANK is seemingly / deliberately sitting over the matter, for more than T W O months.
Since the situation is utterly unwarrented and seriously disquieting, your good office may kindly persue over the matter and may opt for a suitable punishment to the erring BRANCH MANAGER.
