I had used credit cards of various banks and was regularly paying dues however due to extreme financial and family issues, I had settled these credit card bills. I want my name to be removed from CIBIL records since all these settlements were made more than 3 years back and currently I do not have any loan or credit card bills outstanding against my name.
Now, I wish to apply for Personal & Home Loan, however I cannot do that since my name is under CIBIL with a score of approximately 770. I have all the letters which were given by the banks against the settlements made against these credit cards.
Why even after 3 years of clear records my name cannot be cleared from CIBIL?
Why do the banks always have to refer to CIBIL when CIBIL is independent agency and nothing to do with RBI or the Banks?
An individual should be given another chance to prove himself
Please help me out and let me whatever it takes to get out of this CIBIL MESS and help to me build a house for myself and help me settle in life
