Refund of one emi of personal loan

Hi, i took a personal loan from standard chartered and SCB further sold that personal loan to Bajaj Finance. On the successful completion of that loan i was supposed to get last emi refunded. My loan completed in Feb and since then i am running behind Bajaj to get that money refunded. Could you please advise me how to get that oney back.
