I am a Aircel prepaid customer my number is 9716547402 on my number Dialer tune is activated without any information and charges for 10 days are deducted from my prepaid account balance and on calling to the customer care my call is put on hold and disconnected 3 times. I want to know that how gave them right to activate DT on my number without my permission.
