Respected sir,

I have to request you regarding my P.F No-MH/34020/007726 AND MH/34020/042732 .I have to mention here that

I have worked in Bajaj Allianz Patna-2 (k33) in two term in first term i have worked since 1st june to 30 th july (Empl. no-76594) and in secon term 1st oct to 30th July (Emply no-55353). I have applied for my P.F In April which i have got confirmation that they have receieved my documents and forwarded it to EPF department.they assured me that i will receieve my PF soon.seven month spent still i have not receieved my PF.

I have to inform you that i am passing through great economical crisis.

If i do not get any satisfactory reply from your side i will move for legal action.
