Illegal sale and activity

Dear Sir,

I would like to report a suspicious activity at A-100/5 Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi 110052. The property is in the name if Prakash Lal and Satish Kumar then it was illegally sold to Ram Kishore Taneja resident of Lawrence road under the business name V.K Industries. Now Phoenix Cables Pvt. Ltd. Owned by Sh. Sudhir Dua and Sh. Sunil Dua, is running the factory which is illegal and trying to sell at the price of which is all in cash and they have taken the advance also. They could not sell the premises as the original owner come to know and their deal got mixed. The premises ie. A-100/5 Wazirpur Industrial Area is illegal because current owners don’t own the place and selling it illegally, and they are forcing the owner to sign the papers, and have stopped the business activity also so that they can sell it. Just wanted to bring to your notice, and immediate action necessary.
