Sub: Complaint against Alleppey Branch, KERALA
Sir,
I have booked a cover to Alappuzha (address) Consignment No: *A08584701*. Mr. Vijayan, Vijay Bhavan, Near Baghavathikkal Temple, Paravoor (P.O.) Alappuzha Ph: 09895298893. But the cover is not yet delivered. I made a call to Alappuzha town branch (Ph.no : 04772261089). But they behave me very badly through phone. If there is no service in that area I have no problem because our person will go there and will collect that cover from there. But they insult me through phone and I have told my problem to our Palakkad branch. After that they also face the same problem from Alappuzha branch.
Iam working in a Private Sector named as Prince Group of Companies in Palakkad District one of the leading Steel manufacturers in Kerala. We have a good dealing with Franch Express Courier service since last seven years. But this is the first time we had faced a bad behaviour from your agency. I cannot afford this as a silly matter, because they insulted me. If they are not interested to give the cover to consignee, then the cover must returned to me. Other wise I will go for a legal action against Franch Express Courier Service.
Please note this as an important matter and do the needful.
