Respected sir,
I am using photon plus from past 15 days. I have not been provided my account number and the procedure by which i can check my bill. Even i am facing problems while connecting to the internet. Speed is worst. The customer care service is very bad. Its really shameful that no one can provide proper information. I am calling to different numbers of customer care since morning and not getting proper response. Either the call is disconnected or put on hold.
Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and help in finding out the account details and billing information. Also the appropriate no. of customer care.
