Subject: Royal Bank of Scotland ACCOUNT ISSUE
i am having one salary account in The Royal Bank of Scotland in Noida Branch
i am not able to access my RBS Bank debit card from16/10 to till the date.
its getting error message "invalid transaction and wrong a/c selected" in ATM.
i called & informed so many times to the phone banking people to chennai.
phone banking customer service number is 044-28215151
every time they are giving the request number but nothing has happened.
my a/c no: 1666867

first request number:210754
last request number:0754
they are telling that " i've sent letter to the bank for change my address".
but i've not sent any letter to the bank for changing my address.
i dont want to change my address.
i am not able to withdraw my money through the cheque also.
because they put my a/c on hold without any genuine reason.
All the Foriegn banks are running in india under the rules and regulations of Reserve Bank of india. Although they are giving so many problems to the customer like this.
they not taking care the customers properly.
they are not able to provide good service in right time.
finally the customers (like me) are only suffering by this banking people.
kindly take immediate action.
please do something in urgent basis.
