Hello, this is neelam kumar. Axis bank from mumbai despatched the pin number to me on 30.12.2009 against way bill no. 2844064226. But till time 1800 hrs on 09.01.2010 it is not deliver to me. Where ever I have approched all use to tell today it will delivered, but this today has not came till now. Company must interogate why it is delayed and now I am going to complaint to AXIS bank who despatched through your courier. In my view they should stop giving you the courier because of this poor service.
