I am holding barclay yatra.com card nearly from last 3 months.(end August). till date i didn, t get the pin number of the card . i talked may times to the customercare exectutive and one of the
executive told that they have dispatched the Pin number in a local post on 10th sep . but till date i didn, t recvd and i have written many mails to them (even to their head office) but till date no response form their side. and one of their executive told that they have send th esame in local post and their responsibility is over. this is the reply i got.

I am sending you my below email from last couple of days, but till now i din, t get any reply from your side and it is very difficult to get your number, i have asked your customer care executive regarding fro my above statement on i think 16th Sep, regarding the pin number i am calling your CC from SEP1 onwards and at last they told the have dispatched the same on 10th Sep but till date i didn't recd . regarding the statement i told the CC executive to send the statement via email and he told he will send request and will send the same that also i didn't get yet.
Yesterday i called and they told that i will get it by latest in the evening. but i didn't get yet.
But today i called your Customer care and i spoken to your executive (Mr. Prakash in # 01246752222 time11.49 i have spoken to him about 12-15 minutes) he gave me a surprice answer regarding the pin number that he told he have send the PIN NUMBER in LOCAL POST (see iam surprising i am holding 3 other cards also some send by courier and some by registered post) he told after sending the Pin number He (barclaycard) is not responsible for this if it recd or not. this is the service you are providing and he told me that yesterday is saturday we are off and no body picked the phone . this is the response i am getting . very stupid and no value message.
SO i request you to look after this matter and urgently take necessary action in this matter.

After many reminder till date i didn't recd my pin number for the above card. i got a confirmation from last week that the pin number was dispatched on 10th sep through post but till date i didn't recd the same . if i tried to contact the costumer service but it is very difficult to get always busy and every time the server will be down. the service is very bad... it is very difficult to continue the card
Also i asked them to send the statement in email my email and the customer care executive told me that they have registered the same and will get the statement through email.
PLS NOTE I AM CLEARLY INFORMING YOU THAT I DIDN, T GET MY STATEMENT 10 DAYS BEFORE THE DUE DATE I WILL NOT PAY ON TIME AND WILL NOT GIVE ANY LATE FEE OR IF YOU TORCHER ME I WILL GO TO COURT AS PER CURRENT SUPREME COURT ORDER.
So request you to send all the details on time..
Hope you will take necessary action on time.
