Franking Problem

Dear Sirs,

I had done the Franking from IDBI Bank on 21st Aug with my other 11 Building colleague and submitted to Stamp Collector Office Chembur. Collector Sir has called me and my mother Smt. Fatimabi shown that Stamp is not glowing as other 11 eleven files of same building. Please bring the Ribbon Impression and Authorized Signatory Letter from IDBI Bank and same submitted also. Now the file is send by Stamp Department for verification to Pitney Bowes and they will certify. I am also in Touch with Mr. David Mohan and Customer Care of Pitney bowes through mail services, but till today morning no reply from Pitney Bowes company. Stamp office is telling once they certifies than only the next process will start.

Due there machine problem I am facing problem. out of 12 files 11 file cleared and I am on hold.

Please help me out so that my registration process can take place.

I will be very thankful and grateful for the support.
