Sir I (Durgesh Kumar) A/C NO 2126000100052401 am unable to withdraw the amount by my ATM card. Since last two days I am trying to do that but machine is giving a response code 050 and unauthorized card usage. Other facilities like balance inquiry etc are available.
I approached to customer care, they told me that some of the options might be disabled from your mother branch. Yesterevening I phoned to your branch member about this case.
Therefore you are kindly requested to take appropriate action against this inconvenience to this customer as soon as possible.
