I am a pnb account holder under account no 3353000100142060 since 20 yrs. I filled petrol in my car on dated 7.9.09 through atm card no. 5126 5200 3761 9454 in Chandigarh company owned petrol pump (INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LTD., SECTOR 33, CHANDIGARH) and the amount to be paid was Rs.649.65 but the salesman entered the amount 6499.65 in the swap machine (instaled by HDFC BANK CHD). Same time I brought in the notice of the salesman that he has entered wrong amont & voided the sale. I paid the amount by cash but the money has debited from my account & I registered a complaint to the bank & also registered in 1800-180-4333 docket no 24199475 dated 18.1.2010. No action has been taken yet. Kindly look into the matter & get the money refunded in my account at the earliest.
