Sir,

I am having a saving account in the PNB ICD Branch, Loko Shed, Moradabad (UP) with the a/c no. 3034000400041870. On 3/7 I tried a withdrawl of Rs. 10000/- from the SBI ATM at DRM Office, Moradabad (ATM IDS10F00682004). As soon the a message acaming on ATM screen "COLLECT YOUR CASH" the power supply of ATM went off. and no cash was withdrawl. After 15 minutes when the power supply of ATM restored I again tried to check my balance from the same ATM and It was surprised to notice that Rs. 10000/- were debited from my account. Mr Nem Pal Singh who was the attendant at the ATM informed this to the ATM incharge of SBI Mr. Mohit at M.No. 9760272060. He informed that the balance which have been wrongly debited from my a/c will be automatically credited in to my a/c with 24 Hrs. But till date I have not received the sum of Rs. 10000/- into my a/c. You are requested to kindly arrange to do something sothat my wrongly debited amount may be refunded to me.
