Not Passing Education Loan

Dear Sir,

I am a B.tech student. I had applied for Education Loan before 4 months in Red Cross Branch, Zoo Road. Bhiwani. But the bank has no pass the loan till now. My finance condition is not good. I have to submit my second semester fee.

So you are request to pass my loan as soon as possible.
