EXTRA CHARGES BY PUC CENTRE

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice, regarding Unethical practices being done by PUC CENTRE (Pollution Check centre FOR Vehicles) at City Auto Service Near Alpana Market Patliputra Colony Patna-13

The staff at the PUC centre is flouting all norms, having least of regard for official Rates.

The PUC Centre operating from the premises of Maruti’s City Auto Service, colouharges Rs 100/- for pollution check. The official Rate is discoloured on the office board. Even after asking for receipt, they don’t give the receipts to the customer.

Would request the pollution borad staff at Patna TO kindly check this irregularity.

Would also request the Management of Maruti, not to entertain Unethical practices emanicating from the premises of their service centre.
