Transaction withdrawal Failed

Dear Sir,

This is a kind intimation to u that while the cash transaction (withdrawal) from the PNB ATM of Vivek Khand, Gomti nagar, Lucknow has failed to process the cash and also deducted the amount of Rs. 3000 from my account. So, this is my request to you that refund my amount ASAP.
