i have a account at ur srinagar garhwal branch, uttarakhand.

last so many days whenever i go to pnb srinagar, no one to entertain me . i just want to latest entry on my passbook, no one do this simple job. they are giving the server, electricity and busy causes.

now i want to close my account from pnb.

but you take serious action against those staff, because they are sitting there for us.
