This is Harish kumar. Sir I have Account with P.N.B Bank civil line main branch in jalandhar city. Account no is 0235000113060625. I went to A.T.M machine on 31-01 to withdraw the money which is Rs.7000/-. First time i enter the amount Rs.7000 but machine didn't take out the cash but process is complete. after words i again put A.T.M and enter the amount again that time i get my money but on receipt cash was shown 8262.71 which is spouse to be 15262.71. i was shocked and did complaint in my branch to Mr. Gupta (branch manager). He said don't worry the proses is complete in 24 hour and He gave me the online no:18001802222 to complaint on that no i Did complaint on 01-02. They said the process is of one week and gave the complaint no which is:- 53756431. And i call them after week they said today tomorrow after week and now they preferred u to complaint. sir i am very normal person and waiting for u'r response.
kindly look after my request and make judgment on perorates i will be very thankfull to you.
