DD is not with the company. They have lost my DD

I have submitted my DD on 11-6 and the bank is saying that it has lost my DD and they dont know where is my DD because i want my Money back and the company saying me that they want that DD and bank says that they dont hav my DD.I have submitted the DD how bank can say like that.
